Teri Ritchie serves at the KSB Outreach Consultant for the Northern Kentucky Special Education Cooperative (NKCES) and the Ohio Valley Education Cooperative (OVEC). Teri has a BA in Elementary Education form Transylvania University, an MAT in History and Humanities from the University of Louisville, and a Rank I and endorsement for Visual Impairments from the University of Louisville.
Teri has been a teacher of the visually impaired since 1990 when she began teaching history and social studies at the Kentucky School for the Blind. Teri and her family her family moved out of state for her husband to enter the ministry in 1996, where Teri worked as an itinerant TVI in Minnesota and Wisconsin before returning to Kentucky in 2006 and joining the KSB Outreach Staff in 2007. Teri and her husband live in Independence, KY and have two grown sons.
